Compassion 100K is a comprehensive effort to restore health and hope in Atlanta. The focus of this outreach is going to be using 100K of donated cash and labor, 100K donated service hours, and 100+ community projects to tackle: Hunger, Homelessness, Human Trafficking, Health
This was a kickoff rally on Jan. 30 at the Atlanta-Metro Hispanic Church (5990 Oakbrook Parkway, Norcross, GA) at 4 p.m. to start to get this project underway. All the Atlanta-area Seventh-day Adventist Churches will be in a season of serving the community, complete with an organized march in downtown Atlanta (date to be determined) to help bring awareness of the hunger, homelessness, and human trafficking that is going on everywhere, in all communities.
